Shipping policy
Shipping: If you order a ready to ship item, it will ship out next day. If you order a preorder, all preorders will have a TAT or turn around time listed. Once I receive your package, I will ship to you. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, Scott E Gray is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged, you will need to contact the carrier service in which it was delivered.
Local Pickup: You will be emailed once your order is ready for local pickup. We are not responsible for damages to items after delivery/pickup. We are not responsible any lost, stolen, or damaged packages with local pickup/shipping. Customers will have 30 days to pickup items before the item(s) are returned to inventory and a refund may not be possible. If you see that you will not be able to pickup your items in a timely manner, please email info@scottegrayboutique.com and shipping can be arranged. If you choose local pickup, you are fully responsible for your package once it is placed in the pickup bin. We are not responsible for returned packages. Reshipping fees MUST be paid for by the customer.
